Will I get the chance to order each drop again?

Each &Proud! drop is unique and available for a limited time, but we make sure to keep things fresh and exciting! While past designs may not always be available for re-order, we’ll let you know in advance if any items are restocked or made available again. Stay tuned to our social media and email newsletters for updates on future drops and exclusive opportunities to grab your favorite designs.

how can I get my order?

We offer two convenient options for receiving your &Proud! order: shipping and on-campus pickup.

  • Shipping: Your order will be shipped directly to the address you provided. Once your shirt is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

  • On-Campus Pickup: If you’re local, you can choose on-campus pickup. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. We’ll also keep you updated by posting on our Instagram when pickup is available.

when will I get my order?

As of now, we operate on a pre-order system, meaning shirts are made to order. Production takes 7-10 days after an order is placed, followed by shipping time. This process ensures less waste and allows us to offer unique designs without overproduction. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

what is the return policy?

All sales are final. However, if defects are found in the product that were not shown or described in the photos and descriptions, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer E-mail at connect@andproud.us and provide a detailed description of the defect along with clear photos of the item and order number.

Please note that size exchange may be considered, subject to availability, so long as the party agrees to be responsible for shipping and returns the item in perfect condition. If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, please contact our E-mail within 30 days of receipt to initiate the exchange process. The item must be returned in its original condition as when it was received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
